Is Your Office Youngster the Social-Media Whiz?
As social media grows, many executives and business owners are trying to figure out what difference a tweet or Facebook post can make to their bottom lines. And as a recent Wall Street Journal article points out, it’s often the younger employees in the workplace who are leading the way.
To be sure, the majority of smart-phone toting and Twittering employees aren’t necessarily under the age of 30 — in many companies, it’s the opposite. And Facebook says its fastest-growing demographic is those 35 and older.
